What an inspection covers

After the inspection

Your survey is then submitted and, if needed, we can prepare a cost breakdown for any defects that need attention. Inspections help identify repairs or remedial work that minimise the spread of fire and smoke and give occupants the time they need to escape safely.

How often

We recommend checking all fire doors every 12 months, with some doors to lobbies, staircases and plant rooms inspected every 3 months.
